Is your teenager using technology, social media or online video games excessively?

“Making Psychology Accessible to Everyone”

The teenage years are full of changes and challenges, and with today’s society, online gaming and social media are so readily available for teenagers to access.

It can become problematic for teenagers to be overusing the internet, social media, or playing video games. This overuse is not yet considered a disorder that can be diagnosed by a doctor or mental health professional. It is however something that needs to be monitored and addressed if it is affecting your teenager’s day to day activities and social interaction.
