As a Senior Clinical Psychologist at Creating Change, Rebecca holds a Master of Psychology (Clinical), Master of Arts (Forensic Psychology), Bachelor of Arts (Psychology), and has extensive training in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Schema Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, and Mindfulness.
Her professional experience is impressive: 20 years of private practice; roles with Wollongong University Clinic, The Forsight Foundation for deaf/blind adults, and Yasmar Juvenile Justice Centre.
Equally notable is the scope of clinical presentations she treats: weight management and body image issues, anxiety and panic, depression, bipolar disorder, parenting issues, self-harm, suicide, loss, post-traumatic stress disorder, alcohol and drug abuse, and challenges experienced in relationships and families.
A landmark in Rebecca’s career has been her instrumental role in establishing the NSW Drug Court Trial Treatment Program in South Western Sydney, renowned for its innovative, evidence-based treatments for adults with drug addictions.
