Sam Evans is a dedicated Psychologist with a passion for working with individuals around their family issues or work-related concerns, assisting them with managing the stress that surrounds these relationships. Genuine and warm in her approach, Sam enjoys using humour in sessions to connect with you ensuring you feel comfortable and calm. She takes her time really getting to know you and your current lifestyle, and likes to use philosophical or pop-culture references when explaining examples, giving you a better understanding of concepts and an insight into Sam’s personality.

Working with clients who experience eating concerns, weight struggles and binge eating disorders, Sam really takes the time to understand your personal situation, with no judgement. Her down to earth nature ensures you feel relaxed so you can openly discuss your challenges, letting Sam understand and break down the barriers hindering you, so you have some direction to move forward and live healthier.

As a Psychologist at Creating Change, Sam holds a Master of Psychology (Clinical) and a Bachelor of Psychological Sciences (Honors) from the Australian College of Applied Psychology. She has facilitated groups with both adults and adolescents at the Northside Group in St Leonards in the eating disorders day program, and the anxiety and mood disorders day program.
